CRAZE

In a nutshell: The Fabriclive series can seemingly do no wrong with the latest installment of this now classic set of albums. As good a constructed ‘set’ if ever there was one, delivering no excuses dancefloor pedigree. Rightly taking cuts from current darlings of the hour like Cool Kids, Bangers and Cash, Chromeo and Kid Sister via stalwart sounds from N.O.R.E, Coldcut and Tuff Crew it builds from head nodding beats via disco (note Earth, Wind and Fire & Armand Van Helden) to some classically beaty electro (DJ Laz) all topped off with the bountifully bleepy Chemical Brothers. A DJ masterclass.

Verdict: Nicuraguan born deck wizard Craze lets rip with a perfect storm of beats.
